Editorial Reviews:
Lisa M. Steinman's book has just been named one of five finalists in poetry for the OREGON BOOK AWARD, with the winner to be announced in November. Steinman takes the title of her new collection of poetry from the world of mathematics: Carslaw's sequences are series of numbers that cannot be tidily summed. While this is something of a problem for mathematicians, it proves to be a delight for the poet. Her book was a finalist for the Tampa Review Prize for Poetry. Madeline DeFrees writes: This is a stunning book, one to return to again and again.
